Music Ministry

Have you ever wondered why music moves us and elicits such strong emotions?  It's because we were created by the One who created music!  Throughout scripture we read about how we are called to worship God with instruments, voices, even dance.  We are blessed to have gifted musicians of all ages who enhance our worship experience, but we are constantly growing and our teams need to do the same!  We welcome new musicians, vocalists, and tech team members.   Whether you are a professional looking for part-time work, a college student seeking an internship, or a student who needs performance experience, contact us to learn more about the opportunities on our teams!  

Contemporary Worship Team

This team leads worship at our Sunday 9 AM Contemporary Service, focused on modern worship music with full instrumentation in our Wesley Centre.  Practice is held weekly on Wednesdays at 5:45 PM.  We believe in training the next generation of worship leaders, and our team includes lifelong educators, so students are encouraged to participate with this group!

Traditional Worship Team

Our traditional worship service is held Sunday at 11 AM in our historic sanctuary, and includes a chancel choir, pipe organist, pianist, tech team, and periodic guest musicians.  The choir rehearses on Tuesdays at 7 PM, preparing weekly anthems, introits, hymns, and choral responses.
