Help Shape Our Future!
As we seek God's vision for First United Methodist Church of Plant City, we want to hear from every member and regular attendee.
Over the past several months, our Vision Team has been praying, studying, and evaluating the life of our church. The next step in this process is listening to one another and to the community God has called us to serve.
Your voice is an important part of that conversation.
We invite you to take a few minutes to complete our Church-Wide Congregational Survey. Your responses will help us better understand:
* Our church's greatest strengths
* Opportunities for growth
* Ministries that are making the greatest impact
* Areas where God may be leading us in the future
The survey is anonymous, takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete, and will help guide our church as we prayerfully discern where God is calling us in the future.
Acolyte Ministry
The beginning of the school year is great time to connect your student with service opportunities in the church. One of the simplest ways to serve is as an acolyte! Each Sunday, our acolytes symbolically bring in the Light of Christ to our worship spaces by lighting the candles on the altar tables. The acolytes at the 9:00 am Contemporary Service wear street attire, the 11:00 am Traditional Service uses robes and cinctures. If your student (1st grade or older) is registered with either our Children's Ministry or Youth Ministry programs, they are eligible to participate! Need more information? Fellowship Dinners
are Back!
Did you miss us? All that great food and even better company? It's time to connect with your church family again over a table of tasty food and lively conversation!
