Luke 24:48 “You are witnesses to these things.”

Beginning in vs.45, Jesus “opened their minds so they could understand Scriptures.” Jesus appeared to the disciples and told them of His coming crucifixion and resurrection and that meeting is recorded here for our benefit and for our future generations.

What We Should Know

Our Lord is the same yesterday, today and forever. The pattern He established from Genesis to Revelation is set as our guide and we should follow it and learn from it and not deviate from it. We should do more than just read our Bible. We should know our Bible and trust in it. Our Bible is our witness of all things. We should cherish it.
