Acts 10:34-35 “³⁴ Then Peter began to speak: ‘I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism ³⁵ but accepts from every nation the one who fears Him and does what is right.’”

In Matthew 10:6 Jesus called together His disciples and instructed them not to witness to the Samaritans or the Gentiles but to focus on the Jews. We  find later on that God had a special plan in mind for the Samaritans and Gentiles in the person of Paul. In the 

mean-while, God initiates His plan through Peter as He shows Peter in a vision that all of God’s creations are blessed and those Samaritans and Gentiles who are believers should be accepted. 

What We Should Know

As God touches Peter’s heart, Peter begins to preach the universal acceptance of all people who come to Jesus and do what is right. As Peter preached, the Holy Spirit came upon all. Thus, the door was opened to ministry to all.
